Sound Bath - healing Sound Meditation in-store evening

We will be hosting a Sound Bath in the new event space at the store with a gifted healer on two dates -- choose your date when you sign up
Starts at 7pm

A little bit about what this will entail:
My friend Scott will bring in multiple singing bowls, gongs and even a Russian drum to create an hour of in intriguing ambiance to engulf your entire being.  Sound can have very positive effects on your health and well-being.  You can and will be moved by the healing sounds while you meditate. Since this is a meditation event, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket so you can ensure you will be comfortable.
